Steps Involved

Edited image to add more contrast and vibrance to the car.
Removed the background.
Removed distractions from the car.
Created a dark background with a slightly brighter circular gradient in the middle.
Added new shadows for the car and wheels.
Removed the background from the windows.
Changed the windshield reflection colour.
Duplicated the car for the reflection and faded it out to the bottom.
